Rash on infant

Does anyone know what this rash could be? The pictures don't show it but it's pretty red. My son has had it for 2 days. I'm calling the dr as soon as they open. But any ideas? It seems to be itchy and bothering him. No fever. It's all over his body but worse on his legs.
