Is it only me?

My baby is 1 month old. Since his birth till Today, I feel like iam doing everything. I have family and relatives here. They come for maybe half and hour and leave. Iam the one who change his diapers, bathe him, wash his clothes etc. I feel really sad.

He cries a lot at night. I have to pick him and walk.

I just feel so lonely. I cry most of the days. I have no one to help. When I talk about how I feel, everyone just ignores it. I want help. At least mental support. It’s too hard. Why is no one understanding that.
