Sticking tongue out

My 3 months old has had his tongue out since birth. Sometimes it's out his mouth, sometimes it's sitting against his lower lip, other times you can barely see it but it's there! When he yawns or coughs etc, his tongue gets pulled inside but then comes back out. I'm insanely worried. Like to a point I'm becoming depressed why? Because my idiot self went on Google and read nothing but articles on Down syndrome and something called bws and macroglossia. I'm freaking out. I had the materniti 21 test done and it came back low risk when I was 12 weeks. Other than his tongue, there are no other abnormalities. He's eating fine other than some gas issues.

Anyone else's little one doing this or has done this? Was everything okay
