Pressure/cramp in belly

I am 34 weeks pregnant. I was in L&D 6 days ago for preterm labor. I was sent home with no determining reason as to why I was having contractions but my baby is healthy and I’m still pregnant.

I’m having pressure/cramping in the middle of my belly where I would feel the peak of a contraction. It doesn’t feel like a contractions though. Wondering if this could be a sign of preeclampsia? I had preeclampsia with my first and have had protein in urine and bp in the 130/85’s-140/96’s. My dr said just call when it gets to 160/100 and I think that’s way too far!!
