Would you leave your hubs?

If he stayed out twice a week after work drinking/socializing with his mates until 3am sometimes 5am? We have a little one at home. He already works 60 hours a week. I want to leave him but we have a 1 year old and I don’t want my 1 year old to be affected

You need to go for couple counseling and resolve this issue. Leaving/divorce is not the answer to everything.

Not a good man. A 1 yr old won’t understand as much as a 5,7,9 year old whos daddy is out partying. That would create trauma.

I’d leave my husband if I expressed to him how uncomfortable it makes me and he continued to do it, without compromise, 
When you love someone, you respect them and their feelings. 
He should want to make sure his wife is satisfied and happy. Same as you, to him. If he doesn’t care whether you’re upset or not, I think it’s safe to say he doesn’t really respect you as his wife! 
A simple compromise could be him only going out once a week, or him come home by midnight. Or you get to go out once a week while he takes care of baby and house. The list could go on. 
Thats what marriage is.. healthy communication, willing to empathize and compromising. The world wouldn’t go round without those three things. 
If you feel you’re not heard or respected, and you’ve spoken to him about it many times, then if I were you, yes I’d leave. That just sounds like frustration, stress and resentment down the road. I don’t want you to be 60 hating your life, wishing you could go back and chose someone better for your life. The sooner you leave, the sooner you find a partner and or life that better suits you.

Is he at their house? Last call I'd 1:30 in my state. I'd be nottttt cool with my partner out "with friends" at 5am.

I mean I would see if we could try to fix it but if there’s no effort or if he just won’t change then yes.

Do you also have time for yourself? Once a week I totally get, twice maybe a little too much- but why divorce him over socialising? My husband plays rugby all day on a Saturday and has a beer after and every few weeks goes out and stays with a friend/ aid never consider leaving him. I also go out?
