Right or wrong ??

Your brother and his wife and baby come to your house and (we are very close see them every week talk all through out the week etc) and anyway out of the blue say they are divorcing. Is it wrong of us to ask questions about the situation and how things will go with sharing custody of the baby moving forward and living situations etc ? We are shocked about it and caught us totally off guard

If youre close I dont think its wrong. I think its wise because what if it is something that can be saved. If its for anything other than infidelity then id be asking one of the them… the one im closest to or the one whose wanting to divorce. The fact its out the blue too and they didnt seem to show signs also makes me think councel may be needed. So many people think challenges are abnormal or do not have the knowledge, skills, and tools to work through issues and they may learn that from outsiders.
