Vaginal burn

Me and my man were having sex and he pushed it in while I wasn’t wet enough and I think he caused a burn probably from trying too hard and going in and out and too fast at first. Im thicker so maybe it felt good or something but at the time I didn’t even realize it because not long after I was wet and it was ok. It didn’t hurt at the time and after I cleaned up n went to sleep. I felt it the next morning. I looked in the mirror and it just looks pink like a burn and it hurts! It’s like on the side of my skin inside. What would you guys recommend to heal this? It’s in a spot that hurts when I pee or try to wipe 😢😢😢😢 tips please.
