Should he be posting me or am I crazy

I have been with my boyfriend for over a year

Long story short I want to know am I being ridiculous for wanting him to post me?

For context we are in our mid 20s, we talk of a long future, we’ve been on holiday this summer etc, just your bog standard relationship.

Posting each other on social media wasn’t really a big deal to me at the beginning I wasn’t really bothered that he didn’t. From my Instagram it’s pretty clear I’m in a relationship, I’ve not posted any feed pics of me and him but from stories it’s clear im in a date/on holiday with him/flowers etc.

However weirdly he has very strong views on NOT posting his Mrs (until they’re engaged or something apparently). He’s claims privacy as the main reason however he’s the first to post a group pic of his boys when they’re out or posting what he’s done this week. It’s seems he’s very open about the rest of his life other than the fact he has a gf.

This didn’t bother me before but recently I’ve just been feeling like ‘damn everyone else has a man that is loud and proud about them why can’t I have that?’ I wholeheartedly believe I deserve to be loved loudly & shown off! I don’t meant every day of the week but one simple post wouldn’t hurt. And I know it’s not good to envy other relationships but when I see all the men around me posting about their beautiful girlfriends a part of me aches because why can’t I get that.

My last relationship was nothing but hurt and cheating so I’m not naive to the possibility that he’s reluctant to because he might have other girls on the line? Idk what to think anymore

We’ve only spoken about it once & I made myself pretty clear but I didn’t want to come across as a beg and his view hasn’t swayed and neither has mine.

What do you guys think? Am I being too much? Is there more to the story on his part? I know it’s dramatic but is this worth leaving?
