Where would you put your husbands gaming stuff (desk monitor Xbox) for him to play it?

Question

We have a 3 year old & a 7 week old baby.
He usually plays around 830/9 & it’s been in our bedroom. The issue that I find with that is I can’t really start a good routine with the baby baby because he’s obviously loud & it’s bright in the room. He puts our 3 year old to bed when he goes to bed so that wasn’t an issue.
We only have our room & the kids room (2 room total)
Their room doesn’t get used bc our kids sleep in our room still. I keep all their stuff in the closet & obviously their beds are in their room but nothing else. But I hate the fact that their room is mixed with his gaming stuff for some reason 😅

I personally would never put mine or my husband's things in my children's rooms even if they don't sleep there. That is their room. I think in this situation it should go in the main living area. A game set up shouldn't be in a bedroom where anyone is going to be sleeping at the same time the gaming is happening and shouldn't be put on children's bedrooms either in my opinion. I'd find a spot in the living room and make it work there because that way the children's space where they play and spend their time isn't being invaded with their parents expensive things and you and baby won't be disturbed in the bedroom at night.

No living room? If it really is just the two rooms, I’d say the one that you and the kids are not sleeping in! So glad my SO isn’t a gamer

All our bedrooms are screens-off zone so that it would not disturb our (and kids’) sleep, the righteous place for these kind of devices for us is the living room 👍🏻
