Anyone else experience something similar ?

Hey guys. So I did a medical abortion in November. I was about 8-9 weeks. I think I was too far along for a medical abortion, so when I went back for a follow up the DR gave me more pills to contract the uterus because I had leftover tissue. 2 days later I had heavy bleeding and had to go to the ER and had a D&C to remove everything. I’m currently 5 weeks and have an appt today for the pill again. (I will be going on BC after this) the doctor said I should be fine and I only had complications last time because I was so far along .. but I can’t help feeling super anxious and nervous that that doesn’t happen again. Anyone experience something similar ?
