Tired

What would you do if you got pregnant with the guy you have been with for years and you live in a abusive home. We had signed the lease on a apartment 2 months before moving in and a few days before move in, i wake up to him at the apartment complex with his mom taking his name off of the lease because his family didn’t like the idea and for some reason the apartment just let him take his name off with no consequences. I was 7 months pregnant at the time and now I just gave birth recently . He also has just not tried to put any effort into being independent. He works full time but has no car and has not tried to get one. I have told him that my home is toxic and he has seen it for himself and will not take any measures to move. He will say “we will move out soon” but do nothing to get there. His family said that we don’t need a place together but to just get a hotel on the weekends… He literally came up to me and said “oh babe we can just get a hotel on the weekends” like wtf.
