Should I divorce him ?

I’ve been with my husband 3 years married for 1 . We share a beautiful baby girl . During the first 6 months of us dating things were rough . Financially & trust wise obviously with women . But we got though it . Things would come out here and there that make me question if he ever let go of his past but Fast forward . When I was pregnant he went to see an old friend in which I told him I wasn’t comfortable with him seeing her so he told me he cut her off . Now 4 months later . She posted a video of her and him smoking at his job and tagged him . I asked her when it was and it was 2 weeks after he told me he cut her off . This is what he said to me after I showed him the screenshot of when she said it was. Then I asked if he didn’t cut her off was there someone else he didn’t cut off

Is this grounds for a divorce if he doesn’t respect me & is keeping things from me ?

He says he’ll tell me everything when he gets home .
