Mismatched Sex Drive

I've been with my husband for 12 years, married 4. We have a 3yo and I'm pregnant with twins. I love him so much and our little growing family. However I have brought up multiple times, for the past 2 years, that our intimate life is not existant nor what I prefer. It had been fine before he started his job. He also has low testosterone which he refuses to address. I've brought it up enough times, I initiate things. Last night I asked him for a hug, which even that I felt bad about. I feel on eggshells about sex. Is there any fixing this? He obviously doesn't hear my needs or try to make any moves anymore. I know it shouldn't be like this and it's not healthy but I couldn't leave him. Can I lower my sex drive? Maybe mine is too high.
