Would you make your son give up his appointment for a bride?

I took my 16 year old to the salon so he could get his hair done. He really was into the idea of highlights and saved up money to get a balayage. I went to grab Starbucks and when I came back there was a lady having a fit about needing to get in now because she has a wedding in a couple hours and my son's hairdresser was saying she can't take a walk in right now. The women demanded the hairdresser stop doing what she was doing with my son's hair to do hers. She was screaming so loud that they had to call security. I told my dad because I thought it was a weird thing to see today but he said he's disappointed that my son didn't be a gentleman and offer up his appointment for the poor woman and disappointed that I didn't ask him to. I honestly would not give up my appointment for a women coming in acting like that so why would I ask my kids to. Would you?
