I don't know how we can have a good Christmas this year

My ex husband's sister and her husband have been arrested for CP. They got arrested last month for having 32tb of CP. We have since found out that they have CP of our children along with other family members children in my ex husband's side children and they had been collecting CP for the last decade. My kids are 12 and 15 now and I had no idea. They never told me. My 15 year old said he honestly just blocked it out and tried to forget it. They're trying to say they aren't pedophiles and it wasn't for their own pleasure. They were selling them. My ex SIL has always been in a bad financial situation because she's disabled but I don't understand how they can openly record CP and not be a predator. Now that this has come to light I'm putting my children in therapy. And we are all just really messed up. My ex blames himself because it was his family and I don't see us being able to save Christmas. We are hurting and their fathers side of the family is hurting.
