Can I Re-freeze Breast milk ?

Question

Have you ever re-freezed breast milk that was previously in the freezer and thawed out in the refrigerator? If so, did you have any issues? 
I’ve read it’s okay to freeze if there is still ice crystals I’ve also read it’s best not to freeze again . Getting contradicting info online. 
Would like your experience and advice.

I personally wouldn’t risk it. Once something is thawed, it shouldn’t be put in the freezer again.

No never. If its thawed out it should never be frozen for consumption ever again. If you plan on saving it for a milk bath sure but not for eating.

I personally have a number of times and it has been fine with my daughter. Never had an issue. I am not advising you to though. I did it cause I actually didn’t know. I would unfreeze, warm, give her, put the rest in the fridge if she remains some and repeat. But I didn’t really know there were risks then. Thank God she never had any issue at all.
