Sex and pregnancy

I’m 5 months pregnant and my sex drive is through the roof - my partner doesn’t quite understand how high right now.

I usually enjoy breast/ nipple play especially when I’m not sensitive.

One thing that’s taking me out of the moment right now is the thought of me leaking or something. At what point during the pregnancy might that happen or can I just relax and enjoy for a few more months?
