Help!!!!

Has anyone else gotten extra flesh on the inside of their labia, next to the vaginal opening after birth? My OB gave me an exam and said everything looks fine but it looks like on my right side, skin grew over my skin that was already there next to my baginal opening. I did tear a little with my first I'm not sure where though. Idk if that could be scar tissue. I had 2 kids btw. I'm kinda scared. It doesn't hurt or anything. Super weird. No I do not have stds, I've been tested already
