I need answers please! bd possibly manipulating me!?

So my baby dad has a girl friend and he’s been with her for 4 months now. We got into it because I told him I’m putting him on child support because he hasn’t been sending me the money I need for our son and he thinks he only needs to see and talk to his son every 2 weeks while he lives his best life with his new gf and spend money on her. Anyways he’s been doing weird shit..like Sunday he came over to my place to drop our son off and he had his daughter with him. And he asked me if he could use my bathroom..I replied “yeah”. So he proceeds into the bathroom and I hear him ask me where is the tissue..he opens the door to let me in and I come in to show him where it’s at. And then out of no where he grabs me by my cheeks and starts making out with me and then tells me he misses me. (This man does not miss me) he doesn’t reach out or anything and he’s always telling me how much him and his new girlfriend has so much fun together and even told me she’s his soulmate. So he does that and I was just shocked and confused..then he walks out and leaves. So my mind has been wandering like what the hell was that all about..I feel like he’s trying to get me to miss him or make me feel good that he still cares for me so I don’t put him on child support. And I was going to cancel the child support application cause he keeps complaining about how his 1st bm is taking so much of his money and he’s struggling. But I really feel like he’s manipulating me into not putting him on child support. I hate this man so much! What do you all think?
