Can the last emoji be a sign of cheating?

My bf claims that even though he refuses to unfollow the women he had crushes on in the past, hes not talking or associating to them/their pics. I let it go, and trusted him. Just yesterday, i saw a post to list your last 5 recent emojis. I decided to message him to list his 5, just for fun/laughs. Turns out his last 5 emojis were 😘🤩🥳😗😙. He just used the 😘 on me, and he used 😗 in the past to me, but the 3 in the middle, hes never used them on me. I started having this gut feeling that hes been secretly messaging girls, so i ask him why he had those emojis when hes never used those on me. And he claims that he hasnt used emojis lately, that they just showed up. but if he hasnt used any lately, then wouldnt the ones hes used on me in the past showed up instead? Like it wouldve been 😘🤣🍰😆😗, cause these were the ones hes only used on me. Should i leave him for Suspicion of being sneaky and lying? Or could he be telling me the truth? Especially since hes been following countless of women, and refuses to unfollow the ones i wasnt comfortable with.
