My 5 month old 27 weeker micropreemie was just transferred 2 hours away after 12 hours in ER. His shunt isn’t working properly causing him pain, vomiting, swelling, and a bulging soft spot. He’s being monitored by his neurosurgery team to determine if surgery is needed to fix the shunt. 
My husband just came home to squeeze in a nap and then drive out to be with him. My husband still had to work too. I’m worried he’s going to get in trouble for missing so much work time. Family comes first but we still need an income to survive. 
I’m staying home with our 19m old. 
He’s thankfully at a hospital where the nurses and doctors know him. He only just came home from that nicu on January 28th. He’s in good hands but I want him fixed up and feeling better. And home. I miss my baby. I haven’t seen him since about 6pm yesterday. 😭

Moving out of my family’s house. I had to come back after me and my kids dad split. Then happened to get pregnant by a pos. Now trying to find somewhere I can afford on my own is difficult. In nc, rent is very high currently, to high to afford alone. But I’m determined to move out before I have my new son. Need all them good thoughts ❤️

Figuring out how to manage 8 children and baby #9 on the way, now that I am divorced. It is not quite the same, with only one adult in the home now. Yes their father comes by each day to see the children and have breakfast with them and then come again at night to do bedtime routine with them but it is so much more challenging now. I always knew we were a great team at parenting, but never noticed how much different it truly is alone in the home. Waking up middle of the night, every night, to do feedings has been the worst of it. My ex did the nighttime feedings and it would allow me to sleep through the night, as I never nap or sleep at all the whole day. Now I am exhausted and not getting a full night sleep and I am quickly becoming over it! I told my ex to please take all the children for a few days because if I don't get some proper rest, I am going to juat walk out and leave. And being pregnant and naturally tired does not help the situation. So tomorrow he will take the kids for 4 days. But once me and my kids relocate, giving him the kids so easily will not be an option. It is all a lot! But I keep telling myself none of this will be forever as the children will continue to grow and get older. Wishful thinking until it becomes a reality.

Pregnant with my second and I’m scared of how hard it’ll be to juggle my daughter and son. I don’t want PPD again. I want to enjoy the early weeks of motherhood because with my daughter I was in such a dark place all I did was cry. Not exactly sure how my labor and birth will go this time but I have so many people down my throat about how my natural labor/birth won’t go my way and I need to opt for epidural. I have a lot of trauma from my epi with my daughter and nerve damage.
