Bed wetting

We recently moved our almost 4 year old out of his little toddler bed and into a double. He loves his new big bed. However he was fully potty trained before the switch and is now wetting the bed every night. Has this happened to anyone else? I could understand the odd accident but this is every single night. Nothing else has changed, no new siblings, no big life changes, just a new bed
