How many kids

I’ve always wanted two kids, ever since I was a little girl. We now have 1 baby, he’s 4.5 months old and I think I’ve changed my mind and don’t want two anymore but I’m not sure how to know for sure. My man and I have both said and agreed we’d have two kids but if we only had one, we both said that would be fine too.

It took us almost two years to get pregnant with the help of IUI, so that part was stressful but I loved my pregnancy and my delivery went fine considering it ended in a c-section, but being a parent is not what I expected. It could be because I’m only 4.5 months into this new role, but I just feel as though I would be satisfied with one baby.

We have plenty of time to think on this, we need a bigger place and we are for sure waiting the 18mth before we would even start trying for a second if we took that route.

How did you know if you wanted more or were done if it changed from your original “plan”?
