Strong nausea then nothing?

6 wks 3 days here! Anyone have terrible nausea one day then gone the next and pregnancy continue to go on ok? I had nausea that wouldn’t let me lift my head yesterday and earlier this morning it subsided and then I was alright through the afternoon and evening. I’m trying to stay busy and not overthink these things but here I am looking for that reassurance in others experience that things can be ok.

I understand this so much because this has been me this entire pregnancy. 6th pregnancy, one living child, lots of comparing to my healthy pregnancy which I had zero bleeding and I was sick straight from day one to 12 weeks, always felt sick. This pregnancy I was feeling pretty awful until around 7 weeks I woke up completely fine, all day I felt ZERO symptoms, then had bad cramping, like miscarriage bad. Convinced I was having a miscarriage, but slowly my nausea came back as the days went on. Around 8 weeks I started bleeding, happened to have an ultrasound the next day and everything was completely fine with baby. Bleeding stopped and now I’m 10 weeks still pregnant. Since 7 weeks my nausea has been progressively getting better and some days are nausea free. So I guess this is me saying you truly can’t compare, every pregnancy is so different and nausea can go away that early and it be perfectly normal!

I’m 6w4d and haven’t had any symptoms at all. It’s normal for them to come and go. Especially that early.
