Does this message sound rude?

My daughter came home with a massive bump on her forehead. She said that she fell down at school and told her teacher who said “you’re fine. i can’t see it”. What does that tell a child? Would the child tell the adult again in the future if something happens to them? Only method of contact with the teacher is by messaging… does my message come across as rude?
