Which calories burned is correct??

This is my results after doing a 3.5 mile walk

It says my total calories burned is in the 500’s but on the main page where it shows my circle and everything it’s only in the 400’s

Which one do I go by?? I’m trying to stay in a calorie deficit so I’m confused on which one matters

And I know it’s most likely not accurate but for the sake of trying to stay in a calorie deficit I need to know which one is the right one to follow
