How often do/should you clean these?

They're on the outside of the window and roll down 😅
I was just wondering how often I should clean them 😅
#edit for context:
I am asking because I just cleaned them and I feel that shape was just too bad and I should have cleaned them sooner.
Also I thought blinds were inside 😅 I am not native to English.
