Confused

I have been with my childhood crush for over 18 years, we have two handsome healthy sons 14 & 4. I know that we’re getting older so things takes a toll on our body’s especially after working hard all day. But the problem I have is My man will come home and literally be asleep from the time he gets home til it’s damn near bed time for me. We both wake up early 6:00aM and I’m just as exhausted but my motherly duties don’t stop so why should he think his fatherly duties are ok. I mean I’m talking everyday or every other day he will be asleep. Granted he works 2 jobs but the 2nd job is one day a week. I don’t know if I’m being too hard or too much.
