Ladies i need to talk hope I don’t confuse

I had an abortion Saturday at 5 weeks surgical before you guys judge me no i didn’t want to do it I’m so against it, but I had too because I have medical conditions that put me at risk during pregnancy and I have other children my husband was also told he couldn’t have no more babies. My high risk doctor had also mentioned it might’ve been an ectopic pregnancy, so is there a way to find out? Or can an abortion fail if it was ectopic? I didn’t find out it might’ve been ectopic until two days after abortion. Anyways I only bled slightly one day and I’ve had horrible pregnancy symptoms and yesterday (Wednesday) I got lab done and these were my hcg levels.
