Should I still be friends with my homegirl who is dating and knowing her boyfriend is a pedophile?

so my friend told me how her daughter told her that her boyfriend tried to make her grab his penis in the car…(the daughter) 

she said she knows that he did it but she’s confused and doesn’t know what to do and said that she spoke with her daughter, and her daughter said that she forgives the man…

She also told her daughter that she doesn’t want her to hate her for still being with him… At this point, I feel that a sorry excuse for a mother and that you’re choosing your happiness over your daughters, well-being and mental stability as a young 15 year-old girl…

Not trying to judge to talk about her, but I’m just venting because I’m bothered by the situation… She came all the way to Florida to move away from him in Washington but ended up coming right back where she started. Her whole plan was to get away from him…

She quit her job and everything and I haven’t heard from her as often and wondering if she’s around this guy considering she doesn’t work anymore not being her business,

I told her how I felt and she thanked me for giving her constructive criticism making her feel like I wasn’t judging her but I really think she’s tripping
