Late period

I’m 41 and my period hasn’t came since January. I’ve taken pregnancy tests that have all been negative. I’ve also taken the blood pregnancy test and it was also negative. Has this happened to anyone that ended up testing positive for pregnancy late in the pregnancy?

Edit: I have fibroids and I usually spot every month. I’ve made an appointment with my OBGYN but it’s not for a couple of months.
