Should I be worried?

I have a fairly new relationship of 4-5 months. He’s gone on a boys holiday in the USA.

I know I shouldn’t look but I noticed his instagram following had gone up a lot, and noticed he’s followed a lot of girls out there that he’s met, especially after a night out last night.

This morning, I woke up to a text he sent after his night out that he misses me and that I’m his favourite person. I don’t know if it was drunkenly sent. He has never sent anything like that so soppy before

I don’t know whether to worry. I feel uneasy and I don’t know if it’s gut feeling or anxiety
