Fertility Centers of New England, Inc., New England Clinics of Reproductive Medicine, Inc.
I found the nursing staff to be rude and hesitant to explain! They rarely take incoming calls and the "team" member that calls you back may not even have your info handy to answer questions. The whole process seems unorganized. I am ok with being my own advocate but the lack of a plan and advise is odd to say the least! When someone gets a concerning test result and a duplicate test is needed they don't even call with results of the duplicate. I was shocked at the lack of follow up and follow through.
great experience. easy to communicate with providers/ staff.
Receptionist was awesome, quick appointment, love the message portal, Great location and didn’t have to wait in the waiting room to be seen
Great location and great blood draw hours
The staff were all very polite and friendly. the main thing we did not like was how little we knew of the results/situation at hand. getting in contact with someone one the phone was nearly impossible. i also feel like some equipment were not used that should have been, like an ultrasound machine for IUIs.
They were rude, and we’re not attentive to my specific needs
Every single person I interacted with throughout my time at the clinic was personable, knowledgable, and so so kind. The receptionists, nurses, techs, doctors, phlebotomists, and ultrasonographers were all wonderful. I would recommend it to anyone going through fertility treatments.
I loved the staff here. From the phlebotomist to the doctors. Everyone was so informative and efficient!
It was ok. They were very nice there and helpful. A friend of mine recommended the place and my husband and I liked it and appreciated the kind stuff.
The clinic was clean and everyone was professional. They are able to answer question by phone or through their new portal messenger.
Liked friendly atmosphere
Danielle vitiello is awesome! She was very comforting and caring.
Everyone I've met were extremely helpful, always answered any questions and were timely with returning messages.
Grunt work is mainly done by nurses. It won't always be your doctor doing the fertility procedures. Nurses are attentive via phone and are the buffer between the patient and the doctor.
Everyone was extremely nice and understanding. Everything was explained in detail and you never questioned the doctors opinions.
It was great. Best experience I have ever had.
The clinic was good but their systems sometimes felt impersonal. The nurses were great.
Have consult to start
The nursing staff were kind but I wouldn't waste my time again with Dr. Horsely or Dr. Vitiello. Both women like a sensitivity chip and are not easy to talk to.
Knowledgeable doctors, caring team, efficient system. Blood work and labs are first come first serve, procedures are by appointment and run on schedule.
The nurses were extremely caring and helpful, and all of the doctors gave me excellent care
We had a great experience here and would recommend it to friends.

The data shown in this section comes from both SART.org and the CDC. Together these organizations maintain the most up-to-date data on fertility clinic success rates in the US. Your physician should be able to help you interpret these reports. When you see a "?" in a chart, it simply indicates that a clinic has completed less than 20 cycles in that category and age range, which would make showing success rates misleading, according to the CDC
