I found the nursing staff to be rude and hesitant to explain! They rarely take incoming calls and the "team" member that calls you back may not even have your info handy to answer questions. The whole process seems unorganized. I am ok with being my own advocate but the lack of a plan and advise is odd to say the least! When someone gets a concerning test result and a duplicate test is needed they don't even call with results of the duplicate. I was shocked at the lack of follow up and follow through.

The staff were all very polite and friendly. the main thing we did not like was how little we knew of the results/situation at hand. getting in contact with someone one the phone was nearly impossible. i also feel like some equipment were not used that should have been, like an ultrasound machine for IUIs.

Every single person I interacted with throughout my time at the clinic was personable, knowledgable, and so so kind. The receptionists, nurses, techs, doctors, phlebotomists, and ultrasonographers were all wonderful. I would recommend it to anyone going through fertility treatments.

Grunt work is mainly done by nurses. It won't always be your doctor doing the fertility procedures. Nurses are attentive via phone and are the buffer between the patient and the doctor.

The nursing staff were kind but I wouldn't waste my time again with Dr. Horsely or Dr. Vitiello. Both women like a sensitivity chip and are not easy to talk to.
