The entire staff was sensitive to my needs. I did get pregnant on my first cycle, but miscarried 8 weeks later, no fault to RMA. When I miscarried the nurse Katrina was so gentle and supportive and called me for days after my miscarriage to check on me. I am hoping to do a second cycle soon.

In this situation there is nothing better than having a doctor you feel comfortable speaking to about the most intimate details. She listens and cares for her patients

The clinic was well run, efficient. Everyone always answered any questions I had. Doctor was amazing, and set me on a course to speed up getting pregnant. They shared up front the costs and options. They were flexible with me too with how I wanted to proceed. Only comment was that the nurses who drew blood usually left me with bruises.

The office technology there is subpar. Why are they handing me papers with lists of protocols? It's like I went back in time. The staff was very kind and the nursing staff in particular was patient and open hearted.

Joseph Davis is attentive, kind, and open to alternative therapies like acupuncture to help me conceive. He also is direct and clear, which helps me understand what's happening to my body. Finally he responds promptly to emails and is a great listener.

Love Dr Stein, he has made the nearly impossible happen twice. Nurses are 90% fine (1/10 I didn't care for). Office staff was also just OK. Made a lot of small errors and I wasn't a fan of one coordinator. But I feel doctor/results is the most important part so I would still recommend them.

I loved how efficient everyone is. They call you with the blood results within a few hours. Wait time isn't that long. If I ever have a question they call back within less than 15 mins. Highly recommended!!

They were helpful except when thet asked for genetic tests, they told me that my insurance will most likely cover it. Thank god, I didn't trust it and did my own research and found out that it wasn't. Between me and my husband we were gonna pay around $4,000 if I trusted them. When I told this to the lady at Finance Dept., she said doing inquiries with insurance companies are taking more than 40 buss days so she didn't want us to lose time!!!! So she decided on behalf of me to lose 4,000 instead....

I loved my doctor but there is so many people who go here so it's more similar to a Factory then personal attention. However I still managed to, after a while develop a relationship with my Dr. and truly feel like he cared about me.

This office is a conveyor belt. It is highly efficient in moving women through their cycles but it is incredibly impersonal, hard to ever access your physician (questions are handled by various staff members who protect the physician from patient contact aggressively), and delivery of medical care works to exclude the patient from participating in her own medical care. I was only ever given enough information to see 2-3days ahead of me. If my insurance allowed, I would have transferred care elsewhere. I should also mention I had a good outcome (I'm pregnant now), but each step of the way was emotionally exhausting, which certainly didn't have to be the case and is not the case with other friends of mine who have gone to other offices in the city.

This clinic is very close to a 5, but like any establishment - there's always room for improvement. I happen to always experience a disconnect between the instructions received from my doc versus the follow-up phone calls received from the nurses. I'm told that they have tamplates that leave little room for variation. My instructions always seem to deviate from the template, which is what caused some confusion.

Dr Davis is kind, thorough and also has a bit of humor which made the whole process truly lovely. I highly recommend them. They lay out the process, cost and expectations very well.

Rma is the best fertility center there is. I had the greatest experience. Everyone was very knowledgeable and professional. If I would need anything, they would help me anytime of the day or night. Purely amazing.

The doctors and nurses at this practice seemed great. I really enjoyed everyone I met other than the finance department which kept charging us for things that should have gone to our insurance. It took a lot of time and effort to get things fixed. Extremely knowledgable and smart. Really knows his stuff. Felt like I did not get enough time with him though due to RMA being such a factory.

Overall it was not bad. My first IVF cycle in 2012 had some communication hiccups, but by the time my partner started IVF in 2015, they had smoothed everything out and even opened up nicer, more up to date offices with new communication protocols. He was great. Always in a bit of a rush, which is to be expected, but i always felt taken care of.

I felt loved and supported from day one by the entire staff. From the receptionist, to the nurses to the doctor. They had patience with all my questions and always treated me with love and care. The doctor was always positive and explained everything to my husband and I in detail. She always returned our phone calls and was such a joy to be around.
