I saw my own physician about 5 times in the entire year I was under his care. During cycles you go in every 2-3 days for about 10-13 days, so there are a lot of visits. The office has a different physician seeing patients everyday, so chances of seeing your own physician here are small. Results (good or bad) are delivered by staff members. He didn't perform my egg retrievals which I was not aware of until I was signing the consent for the procedure that day. Overall, I had very little relationship with my physician. He was not warm or overly friendly, so this office set up I'm sure works well for him.
