Outcomes are great, bedside manner is lacking, staff sometimes forget that we don't do this every day, even though they do. Going back to try for a second pregnancy, I've remembered how confusing it is in the beginning, and how the staff act like things are no big deal, or treat you like you should know things when they haven't told you or made it clear. Even though they tell you you're old, and time is of the essence, if their mistake costs you another month, they act like it's not an issue. I have only encountered a handful of truly empathetic, caring folks, most are all business. I rarely leave there with the warm and fuzzies. All that being said, they have had great outcomes for my family, and we're back for #2, so as long as they're getting the job done, I guess? My entire point is, they're good, but with some care, they could be truly exceptional, and who knows, that may give better outcomes because patients aren't stressed they're missing something.

My husband and I went to Carolina conceptions, after a previous evaluation at a different clinic that I didn’t love. They were amazing every step of the way, had great discounts because we are military, and were even able to fit us in around my husband’s trip home from overseas before he had to leave again! Each of the 4 doctors is very skilled, personable and experienced. We were so lucky to have ICSI work the first time, and I can’t help but feel a part of it is attributed to their skills!

Carolina Conceptions is known for having a high rate of conception, particularly with folks using IVF, which is why they have a huge patient base. Wait times are always brief, even as a walk in for base line ultrasounds, blood tests, etc. staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive.

Carolina conceptions is an awesome clinic! Keisha at the front desk is super helpful and I am always so happy to talk to her on the phone and face-to-face. I have hardly ever had any wait time for my appointments and Dr. Park is great! They are very helpful and friendly and always I have lots of questions! They are so patient and kind and answer my questions thoroughly. It has been a pleasure working with them with IVF and now we are working with them on a frozen embryo transfer. They are awesome!

We felt SUPER comfortable with Dr Park from the moment we met him. The front desk was always caring and knew which type of appointment we were there. They were happy for us at good appointments and sympathetic for us and sad appointments. The nurses are outstanding and appointments always ran on time.

I would choose this clinic a million times over. I never had to wait a long time. I always felt like they explained everything and I never had any questions that went unanswered. We were so heartbroken when we first arrived there and now we are expecting our first baby!
