    Dr. Kim was amazing and his staff very attentive and caring. Dr. Kim gathered our expectations and our labs and came up with options he gave us the possible outcomes, pros and cons.

    The staff and doctors are amazing! They took the time to answer our questions, saw me immediately when I thought I was having a complication, and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. Dr. Yeh took us through the whole process and we are now expecting our little boy in March!

    Dr. Alexa Clapp and her staff were so amazing and made me feel so comfortable through my journey. They were available to me through the app practically 24/7, they would have an answer for me so quickly. I knew they truly cared and always knew me when I walked in. I felt like a part of the family there!!

    I love Dr. Griffith and his nursing staff. Everyone is so kind and helpful and the response time is very quick! There is a good flow and I'm never waiting long. I am so glad we decided to go with them.

    Clinic has a very high volume patient-base and has the process down to a formula. Staff is incredibly efficient and knowledgeable but individualized patient care seems limited.

    The experience itself was quick and easy to understand. We did get to a point in time where we felt like our doctor was pushing extra medicines and pieces of the procedure that weren’t necessary. They treat all patients as if they have infertility issues so be sure to explain whether that’s the case or it’s a same sex pregnancy.

    Good care at very reasonable prices. SKilled doctors who explain your care and provide info in the challenges faced with your particular situation. The nurses at this location are quite good with lots of experience which helps makes the process better.

    The nurses, receptionist, and Practice Manager are ALL very unprofessional. The added stress is not necessary. I would not recommend this location to my worst enemy.

    The staff at the Katy office is very hands-on, attentive to your needs, they go above and beyond what their "job" is and they make sure you understand everything that is being done, every step of the way. They accommodate your requests and make sure you have everything you need.

    The clinic overall was nice and inviting when we first saw the doctor. However when I called and talked to the nurses they seems rude and short over the phone every time I called. It wasn't until I started going every other day over a month to check my blood, levels and uterus we came to know each other my personal it became better. they were super nice in person just horrible over the phone at first. it is a small place and every time I went they seem to be busy so I think that's probably what happened

    It was a long, drawn out process but successful in the end. There were times when questions had to be asked of the clinic several times, and reminders given about what had already been done / agreed to.

    The clinic is nice and clean. I like that there are different branches because it's makes scheduling an appointment so much easier. The wait is never very long because of this. The office staff took a little warming up to but we really liked our doctor a lot. Overall, we recommend this place for anyone seeking help with TTC.
