Terrible! Stay away! The last thing you need is additional stress during this time! Completely condescending, cold, too "busy". Runs unnecessary test so she can charge you extra. Trust me, stay away.

I wouldn't give her or the staff a star if that was an option! Dr Bello does not have any bedside manners, very condescending, rude, and insensitive. I wish I had done my research and chose my own doctor instead of allowing the staff to do so. Also, the nurse Tiffany is rude and unprofessional. She DOES not return calls unless you call multiple times and when she calls back, you can hear the attitude in her voice. This whole experience can be very stressful and disappointing to begin with, so don't chose the Cypress Location or the above mentioned if you do not want any added stress! BTW, we started going to this location March of this year, and we still do not have a clear directions on what we need to do next.

Ive been working with her and her staff for a few months and i like the use of the patient portal to communicate. Her TN is very knowledgeable and based on het recommendation we are moving forward with IUI and clomid cycle. I have a follicular ultrasound follow up and I'm hopeful about getting pregnant ASAP. Im so ready to be a mother I'm smothering my husband with too much love. After i get pregnant i will give her 5 stars
