UCSF is the simply best and we were only able to get pregnant with the extremely talented doctors at the CRH. The CRH facility is brand new and their operations in the clinic are extremely well organized. Being a patient there was a great experience.

The nurses were great. It is hard to get the same one over and over so you have to be okay with not having one person assigned to you

Loved the personal service and patience. Having a nurse assigned to your case who you can reach out to any time was a lifesaver. Also the nurse practioners were amazing. I almost cried when we got handed off to the regular OB after getting pregnant, but have loved the UCSF OBs as well.

Fertility can be a lonely journey, but when you walk in to UCSF, you never feel alone. Everyone that we have encountered has always made us feel supported and cared for. After a year of trying naturally, we turned to UCSF to help our baby dreams come true. Dr Rosen has been amazing, the absolute best doctor we could have ever hoped for. He has a thorough, conservative, personal and caring approach which always put us at ease. He is as invested in our journey as we were. Thank you so much to Dr. Rosen and his amazing care team, especially Cathy and Stephanie! They both have been wonderful, always making sure we felt informed and taken care of. Without Dr. Rosen and his team, we wouldn't be where we are today :) We recommend Dr. Rosen to all our friends and would happily come back to Dr. Rosen for baby #2!

My overall experience here was great. I had also been to Columbia in NYC and felt like people at UCSF cared a bit more. At Columbia it felt like clockwork for them and you were just another patient they needed to just get through the day. The only time I saw my doctor was for the consultation. Then you just meet with other nurses or doctors that's on that shift. My fertility treatment was less invasive (TIC) so maybe that's why. Also, the facitilites are pretty new since it was just built not long ago.

I was TTC for few year and finally decided to go through treatment. UCSF was the first place I looked into and I thought the staff was great so I chose them immediately. And 2 months later, I'm preggo!!

The quality of care was exceptional. The doctors are very experienced at what they do and continue to expand their research in this field. Even though I didn't see my doctor at every appointment, there was good communication between the doctors and nurses. Whenever I had questions, the nurses were very responsive and they were often able to answer all the questions I had for my doctor. I would highly recommend this clinic.

Dr Rosen and his staff are without a doubt the best in this field. Dr. Rosen and his staff were super responsive in both phone and email. This was tremendously helpful when I'm stressing out. And last, we're INCREDIBLY OVERJOY to say we had a healthy baby girl thanks to Dr Rosen and his team!

I don't agree with other reviewers at all. If anything, the doctors and staff here are best at being incompetent. They ordered the wrong tests RIGHT BEFORE my procedure. Costing us time and money. And after doing a bunch of tests, they just sent us the results and didn't even bother to get the doctor to explain it for us.

I could not have asked for a better experience at UCSF CRH. All of the Doctors were amazing, the nurses were responsive and caring and understanding. Prices were high but that is normal for fertility coverage not covered by insurance. My experience was overall fantastic. Dr. Rosen is an extremely busy and highly desired doctor, but that did not take away from his time or interactions with you. He makes you feel like the only and most important patient that he has. He is caring and understanding of the emotional toll that fertility treatments have on you and extremely compassionate to that. You cannot ask for a better doctor than Dr. Rosen.

Doctors were great, wish I could call and speak with someone immedialtely always had to leave a voicemail and wait at 24 hours for a nurse/coordinator to get back to me. When we did see our doctor he was amazing and open to alternative meds from what he was suggesting.
