I honestly could not stand this place. The employees are rude. The doctor i saw most of the time was rude and ALWAYS late. They have a lot of patients and obviously have trouble keeping them all straight. At one point I was accused of trying to leave without paying because there was no office worker at the checkout window. The front desk receptionist yelled at my husband both times she interacted with him. Something is off here. I have worked in doctors' offices and been to many more and have never been treated this way. And this is the one clinic where they should KNOW beyond a doubt that they should treat their patients with extra care. This doctor was always running late. To wait an hour or more was common. Then he would breeze in & out of the room in a matter of minutes. It was obvious each time that he did not remember me from the time before and had made no attempt to look at my chart before he entered the room. For example, he would say, "This is your second IUI right?" No. It was my first. Or, "You didn't take clomid, right?" Yes. I did. He almost always had a med student in the room with him. At one point, they came in without him and did a vaginal ultrasound. Then he came in 10 minutes later and did ANOTHER one...talking mostly to them and acting as if I wasn't even there.
Dr. Gloria Richards-Davis was very honest and upfront about the whole experience. We had been trying to conceive for 10 years and and after only 3 months we fell pregnant after our 2nd IUI procedure thanks to the close monitoring from the doctors and nurses.

Dr Moutos is kind of quiet and you have to ask a lot of questions or else the appointment will be silent until he tells you his plan. Dr. Batres is rude sometimes and very condescending and sometimes he’s hilarious. The nursing staff and receptionist are amazing and I’m very thankful for EVERYONES help

Dr. Batres ended up taking over my care due to how my cycle days fell. He was wonderful and so is Mrs. Humphries.
Overall wasn't a bad experience. I feel like they could be a little more compassionate and caring.

It was wonderful great staff and nice setting
Overall visit was fine. They definitely should consider hiring new clerical staff members.
I have been going to this clinic since April 2016 & have nothing but positive things to say. Yes, the wait time is sometimes long, but that is because they are so busy! Dr. Moutos & Dr. Batres are the best & in willing to wait for that. They are very knowledgeable doctors & they have both been very informative, honest, & caring- which is what I want in a doctor. The nursing staff has also been great. I've never had a problem with them returning calls & informing me of my next steps. The billing staff has always been kind & understanding to work with. I wish there weren't so many negative reviews of this clinic. It truly is a wonderful place. I trust them completely.

Most staff is wonderful and more than happy to help and be understanding. There was 1 woman in particular that was very rude to us at the end of our journey. She was great for the first 2 years then suddenly very rude when we went back to try for a second baby. Dr Batres is wonderful, as is Dr Moutos, but with a much more personable personality. The women that assist and do blood draws were all extremely personable and pleasant. Debbie, the IVF coordinator, is also very knowledgeable and helpful. Over all we really had a great experience.

I don't plan to go back! I went in to get check to make sure it's no issues with getting pregnant. I did a ultrasound the first time, had to go back in a few days later for blood work. A lady was sitting in the cash window...she acted like I bothered her! She was messing with her phone. She rudely attempted to set my next appt. I informed her that he just wanted me in for blood work. She attempted to tell me what he wrote and the code, she then called him! I went in for a 7:30 blood work appt...but didn't get the blood drawn til almost 8:30 (all they were doing was drawing blood)! I knew he wanted me back in soon but I had to call because no one told me or tried to set a new appt up! When I called the lady was a little rude, she was like you come back in when you get you cycle, call when it comes and we will set the appt. I called and left a message and I've yet to hear anything from them! Next week will be a month! My friend works at a clinic at UAMS and she speaks well of the office and doctors! It's the UAMS clinic in the Doctors Building... I will say the doctor I seen here was nice.

I like Dr. Batres. He is very nice and very experienced. Though I've seen him and Moutus for a while and have yet to get pregnant naturally without IUI/IVF, I think they are great people. The staff doesn't quite warm up to you initially but that might be because they see a lot of patients. They started warming up probably because I've been in and out of there for months. The nurse practitioner doesn't seem to like anyone so I don't take it personally. Average wait time is about 15-20 minutes (in the waiting room and in the exam room) unless if you're getting blood drawn. Only issue I have with the doctors and the staff is that they assume that you know what medical jargon they're talking about. I'm terrible with all of that stuff but I'm learning.
