Had an ER visit where no one explained anything to me but sent me out with discharge papers, an incorrect diagnosis and told me to call my doctor. Dr. Batres repeated the ultrasound and spent time drawing things out to ease my mind.

Dr. Batres is amazing from what I can tell. Very informative & kind! Even my husband likes him!

So far Dr. Batres is very hands on and informative. We've been going here since November. There has been a couple of times where his staff at the front desk were rude and not on point. That was almost a turn off but they're like one of the only clinics in Little Rock so I can't be picky. Also a time where I went in for a scheduled Hsg test and it was cancelled without my knowledge. My husband took leave that day to bring me in. Other than his help at times, everything else was on point.

Dr Batres is wonderful. English is a second language for him so sometimes his accent was a little difficult for me to understand, but I'm also somewhat hard of hearing. He also takes extra time to make sure we are all on the same page. This may make him run behind, but it made me feel important enough to take the extra time to explain everything. He is very knowledgeable in his field and his bedside manner is wonderful. He is a very gentle, kind, loving man and makes the experience of going through infertility that much easier. On several occasions he contacted me personally after hours to change med directions or give lab results. I believe he truly cared that we got a child and not just about a paycheck.
