Work quickly but effectively. I only saw the doc twice. Once the first day and once to decide to go to iui after testing was done. But it’s a great office of friendly people that you get to know and are all great.

Overall the treatment at SDFC was really good, however, I would have liked a little more personalized treatment. Every week lab work was completed to "check my levels" but the results were never discussed with me. I was told "everything looks good" every time. The NP who saw me each visit was amazing about discussing the ultrasound findings with me that she performed each week. I only saw the MD at the initial buy-in appointment, at the retrieval, transfer, and post disappointments. I don't know if this is standard practice for all fertility clinics or not, to have the NP manage the patient until transfers; this was fine with me. But like I said I wish I would have had more discussions with the NP or MD along the way regarding personalizing my treatment. I felt as if they put me on the standard dosage of meds and never adjusted it, put me on the standard office visit routine and never changed it, and had me go through the process like they do for every other patient. I would like to audit their charts and see if every patient was treated exactly the same, or if they did adjust treatment as needed. I have been receiving IVF treatment for over a year now with them, took a two month break in the middle, and I must say that the office is clean, the staff is very nice, and the main office is San Diego where the transfers are done is very nice. The embryologist take the time to explain things to you at the transfers. So far we have done 10/10 transfers with them, 2 at a time. We have had two positive HCGs but those did not last passed 7 weeks. The last 2 embryos we transferred just days ago. Hoping this comes out with a good ending. I did hear from their office staff that lately their success rate has fallen and they are going to be making changes to try to boost it up again. Maybe the next clients they have will be luckier than me.

The Temecula office has amazing nurses with individualized care who feel invested in your journey! You never have to wait more than a few minutes to be seen and they take as much time with you as you need! From the moment we walked in we felt like family! Your care is mostly by your nurses so this was so important to us!

Every person I encountered while working with this clinic was nothing short of wonderful. The doctors (not only mine, but the others with the clinic), all of the nurses/assistants/phlebotomists/front office/billing/other support staff were all so kind and compassionate during what is definitely a very difficult time for everyone involved - they listened and were just another wonderful perk of being able to use this clinic.
