    I felt like the doctors didn't care. They always seemed rushed to get me through procedures and ultrasounds. Not very nice. The doctor seemed very inpersonable, and like a robot, no compassion at all.

    My experience was good. Did an initial consult with the doctor to try and conceive my second child. We came up with a plan and followed up with nurse practitioners to implement it.

    I love my doctors at kaiser Fremont reproductive clinic. They’re very informative and helpful. I had great success with them. They are very busy so be prepared to wait. Wait to get on the schedule for retrieval’s and transfers and wait the day of. But once you’re with them they give you their full attention and they’re always available for questions and concerns. I’m very happy with my choice in this clinic.

    The stuff there are wonderful. I also had a surgery with them for endometriosis and my chocolate cyst. The surgery went really well. However, I did have success for my following fertility treatment:-( I eventually became pregnant somehow...

    Office staff were very unorganized and caused me unnecessary stress. Prescriptions weren’t written for the correct amount, they never answer the phones, and when you leave a message they message you with the incorrect information so you have to call back and hope they return the call.

    I was pleased with services here. I do kind of wish that I had the same Doctors each visit, but they were all competent and friendly, and their note taking system was thorough so each person who I saw knew my history. Instructions were always clear and I could always email doctors with questions and received prompt responses.

    I love how they are right to the point and right after my first failed iui on my second one they did it differently and upped my dosage and early days and thank god im 3 weeks pregnant right now

    This clinic was hard to get into! But when I got in I enjoyed the ease of appointment making with a single phone call. Everyone was nice and it was very efficient.

    I got a referral from my OB/GYN. It was not very personalized, but I did do seven IUI's there for a low co-pay. They were short staffed when I went there, so one time I couldn't do the IUI because nobody was working that day. They were queer friendly and open to my suggestions.

    I would recommend going to Kaiser for fertility treatments (IUI) if you have Kaiser insurance. The entire staff is committed to you as a patient. They do not do IVF but will make recommendations for facilities if you need to go down that route.

    The Nurse Practitioners, Medical Assistants and Doctors were amazing. There were days when I cried and they wiped away my tears. They always had a long term plan to get me pregnant and it worked.

    The clinic was very efficient they do the same steps for everyone you start simple then you take the program step by step. Then the fertility treatments eventually work and you are on your way to having your little one they were early give you close care
