I felt as if I was on an assembly line. My nurse provided very little information and I didn't always have the time or knowledge to know what else to ask. Even though I'm a nurse practitioner, I still felt very out of the loop. I rarely heard from the doctor, even when we were at the point of IVF. I had zero clue about the IVF protocol she chose and why, or even what to expect for the cycle (what and when, etc). It was very difficult to plan around the morning monitoring bc of this. And morning monitoring here is horrendously SLOW all the time. The clinic is very impersonal and has ZERO online presence. I wish I could pull up my labs and results online like ALL my other doctors. I also have never received reports regarding my embryos. That is my genetic material, and I know nothing. When I ask, it seems as though I don't need to know. I'm happy with my results but how I got here was frustrating for reasons beyond infertility.

Dr. Rauch is a doctor that I literally can’t say enough about. I had miscarried once and had an ectopic pregnancy. IVF was our only option and I was so overwhelmed and scared. Dr. Rauch was patient and kind through the entire process. The phlebotomist was amazing. I’m petrified of needles and she always talked to me and it rarely hurt. I got pregnant on my first cycle, frozen because of PGD. At 6 weeks I bled heavily and believed I lost my baby. It was a Saturday and Dr. Rauch called me often. She said she had faith that I still had my baby but told me to get checked. She called a few times while I was at the hospital to check in, again, on a Saturday! The ultrasound showed I had a subchorionic hematoma and my baby was fine. My son is about to be a year old and I can’t thank RMA enough. We couldn’t have had our miracle baby without them.

The staff was wonderful and completely accommodating. We moved in the middle of treatment and they were able to see me at any location for my morning bloodwork and ultrasounds which was super convenient. We had our own nurse who I could contact with any questions and our doctor was amazingly caring.

I've seen a number of the Dr.'s between Morristown and Basking Ridge depending on who's doing monitoring that day. I have not been disappointed with a single Dr. there. This place is amazing. My Dr. is so attentive calls me personally with certain results and to check on me. Even on her vacation.

I think the hardest thing about the journey is insurance to pay for treatment. New Jersey just isn't the place that puts health first. I don't find to many compassionate doctors and staff. Here there is a lot to work on like attitudes and empathy.

I cannot complain too much because obviosuly we were successful and that puts everything in perspective - but my experiencewas that we can only communicate with nursing via voicemail and can never actually get someone on the phone. It was quite annoyting when you are trying to get some answers. Dr. Hong was great in person. However, I do not feel like I got to see enough of her. I felt like everytime I went, I saw a different doctor.

She was extremely rude and made assumptions based on my chart and seemed ignorant to basic medical knowledge that a Fertility clinic should be familiar with. I only dealt with the doctor twice. Once for 5 min during saline mock transfer and about 10 min during the ivf transfer. He was very nice and professional. Other than that I did not have much interaction with him.

Had a very good experience here with the nurses and doctors - all very communicative and answered all my questions. The facilities were nice and I felt comfortable going to this clinic. My doctor Dr. Leo Doherty was great. He was easy to talk to, answered all of our questions and we felt very comfortable with him.

They got me pregnant right away with my 1st child, but not with my second. They have amazing docs and phlebotomists. Some nurses are better than others. The place looks like a spa, when you walk in. You are treated well by doctors, mostly during consults. When being monitored, you can feel like just a number, and there are many of us! They have gotten better with patient services- online groups for support, meetings with others going through the same ordeal. He's honest; almost too much so. We are an older couple and our time was running out. We were told we need donor eggs. My spouse is opposed to it, so the Dr tried 2 last cycles with us. No luck. He has us do 2 natural studies, as well. He did what he thought was ethical and fair to my body. I only wish we'd have gotten our baby.
