My nurse, Christine, was super! The Nurse who is your care coordinator is super hands-on, and on the rare occasion I needed to actually connect with my Doctor, she made it happen. But, 99% of everything the Nurses can handle and they’re with you step by step!

Always positive. We are a same sex couple and she was happy to see us get pregnant.

Very knowledgeable but she didn't have much time for questions or discussion. She was a little cold when I was going through some rough stuff. And I thought rma's recommendations were very aggressive and weren't really positioned as patient choices for the most part. My first nurse was easy to reach but didn't seem to know or at least be able to explain much. My second nurse, after I requested a new one, was stellar -- responsive, listened to questions and offered helpful explanations, and was very supportive.
