    People are very nice but they have a lot of expensive charges they don't tell you about

    Really have no negatives. I do recommend anyone needing IVF to not hesitate asking questions. The are a lot of steps and treatment can be confusing.

    I've always been early for appointments and I've always been taken early. Very nice to not have to wait. My OB referred me to Carolyn Alexander and I got my initial appointment within 2 days (and right before a holiday too). The nurses are very caring and thorough. This is a very busy clinic but everyone is really wonderful. I'm still waiting to start my IVF protocol.

    very proffesional staff and experience at this clinic. my doctor helped me every step of the way and didn't let me give up hope.

    Love working with the whole office staff, and the nurses are especially wonderful. They often seem more like friends rather than medical staff, which makes the whole experience a bit easier. Great support system.

    These people are the best at what they do. It is a busy and large practice but I always felt like it was the best place to be.
