Overall we had a positive experience. I had some small complaints about communication between office staff and nurses but it seems silly to focus on that now since we were successful on our second natural iui.

We went through them twice. The first time we felt like we were just a number, and the second time was a little bit better. They had hired someone to work with patients on finances locally, which helped, but they were still very inflexible about pricing. The nurse I had to communicate with and the front desk staff weren't very friendly or compassionate. They were able to take us quickly, though, which we were happy about. Their scheduling availability and flexibility was very limited. This was very difficult to navigate when you have a full-time job.
