We only met him once but he spent almost 2 hours answering all of our questions. He also will check in on the phone for patients who's insurance won't cover office visits.

We met with him several times during the process. He was always patient, addressed our concerns thoroughly, and made himself available when we had time-sensitive questions. His bedside manner and dry sense of humor may not be everyone's cup of tea, but we didn't mind.
