We were treated horribly and with no respect. I went in for multiple appointments and the doctor was always unprepared for us. I was disappointed with the whole process and then charged for things we shouldn't have been.

This is the best clinic. The staff truly care and work hard to ensure all of your questions and concerns are addressed. Truly compassionate- from receptionist to phlebotomist to MA, and our doc. Fabulous experience.

Highly recommend. Very professional, and successful transfer!
Our experience has been stellar both times we’ve come here for help conceiving. Our first is 4.5 and we are currently 3.5 weeks along with our second

They misidentified me 3 times in one weekend calling me by the wrong name when taking us back for our insemination, writing an incorrect name on my medications, and giving me a different patient’s paperwork on check out. Our sperm was was thawed out below the guaranteed 10 mil as guaranteed by Seattle Sperm bank. And overall we felt like we were being run through a puppy mill. The staff seemed overworked and curt. When we noticed a charge on our bill for sperm washing we were told that our sperm, which had already been washed by Seattle sperm bank needed to be washed. Incorrect. We did talk to someone by phone that assured us that they would be looking into our complaints but overall were not offered a refund on our $600 sperm samples or a formal apology. If you have other options pursue those before giving your money to this place.

All of the people me and the hubby have worked with have been amazing. I have never waited more than 5 minutes for an appt and they are always great about scheduling to my work schedule. My doctor (Hurlimann) is nice, caring, and very knowledgeable. The assistant we always seem to get is also very friendly. Our care team keeps us in the loop and answered any and every question we have. We are doing IUI and were successful in #2 but unfortunately miscarried. Our care staff was great to us through the whole thing and made it as easy as is was able to in such a rough time. Nothing was good in that situation but they were empathetic and seemed generally sad for us...I'm sure they see it all the time but they treated us like they don't. We are now on our 2nd cycle of IUI since I miscarried and I know we will end up getting our baby with ORM. They are amazing and want us to succeed. Nothing but amazing things to say about everyone there.

Very thorough. Essentially no wait time. Always respectful of your time. Answered all of our questions very quickly. Would definitely return to them again and wouldn't hesitate to refer a friend.

Overall my wife and I are very happy with the care we receive from ORM.

No complaints! Queer friendly and competent.
The staff and doctors here were amazing. I had a lot of anxiety and questions and they always did their best to respond in a timely manner. They were very thorough and proactive with my care, givinging me the best possible chance to conceive successfully. Every person I came across was kind and courteous. It was a joy working with this group.

It was clinical. They were nice enough, but there were a lot of people they needed to get in and out.

Your survey limits the answers to what type of treatment we got that does not fit our situation.
My clinic from Drs to nursing staff helped my husband and I navigate the heartache of loss to the joys of nearly full term 34wks today and counting. They cried with us and laughed with us. It was the full experience. We felt very well taken care of. This says a lot since we are both healthcare professionals, we have a lot to say about how to treat your patients, good patient care and a great patient outcome.

Everything went incredibly well, except for the clarity around billing. But no major complaints

Our Dr was amazing with numbers giving us every statistic which is what we wanted. The nurses were invested, sweet and caring. The clinic is beautiful and high tech. When we miscarried our nurse cried with us. We did run into some miscommunications with finances, which was frustrating, but our dr listened to us and offered acceptable solutions. Overall we were really happy with our experience.
Amazing staff at orm. Everyone from the front office staff to the ivf coordinator to the doctor. I loved their personalized care. You truly felt like you were their only patient.

Personalized team of nurses and doctors. Excellent lab. They really try to eliminate any outside factors to give you the highest chance of success.
This was my third clinic, I've also been to a clinic in Houston and CCRM. I went to ORM as a last resort based on my age and their outcomes in that group. The clinic was phenomenal - staff and Dr. They took into consideration work done at other clinics and based their approach from that. The dr was always available and contacted me by phone and email regularly. Clinic staff make you feel that they are invested in your outcome and that this us not just a business for them..

Always professional with incredible bedside manner. ORM did everything right the first time.

They throw a lot of info at you in a short amount of time. It was a little overwhelming and I think they've forgotten how intense it can be for someone with zero knowledge or experience in this realm. I didn't find them particularly nurturing.
They are a little pricey, but they have the best success rate near is. Their staff is knowledgeable and their clinics run like well oiled machine (or maybe even the Borge)
We struggled for almost five years to get pregnant and have a baby, and we had all but given up hope until we came to ORM - and specifically Dr. Barbieri, They truly understand the diagnosis of infertility is complex and different for each couple, and they take the approach of treating the patients not the condition. They are certainly more expensive, but the price is more than worth it. Their lab is one of if not the best in the country, and the ART stats support that: https://www.sartcorsonline.com/rptCSR_PublicMultYear.aspx?ClinicPKID=2071. I cannot say enough about how truly talented and amazing the ORM medical staff is! They helped us achieve what the two other highly regarded fertility clinics in our state could not for over years - our dream of becoming parents ... and in less than six months after we started treatment! My only regret is that we didn't come to ORM when we first started our journey.

This clinic is very professional and is a pleasant environment overall. The staff has been so kind and helpful and we are really grateful for that. The only con is that the billing can be a headache sometimes so watch out for that. Dr. Hurliman is a compassionate and kind doctor and we actually felt that she cared about us. She explained everything to us throughly and I felt like I was knew what was going on every step of the way. I'm not going to lie, going through fertility treatment has been incredibly tough but I really feel lucky to have Dr. Hurliman as my doc. She and her team have gone above and beyond to help us try to achieve our goal of starting a family.

Some appointments we received excellent thorough care. While others we felt rushed through. That was disappointing especially because of the extensive price tag attached to each appointment, none of which was covered by our insurance. Same as the above answer, sometimes Dr Barbieri was thorough & caring, other times it felt she couldn't finish up w/ us quick enough.

Their communication is terrible. They have an overall lack of simple customer service skills on the phone or in emails. I see very little of the Doctor. If I want to speak directly to the doctor, I have to schedule a phone consult at least 3 weeks out.

Great staff and experience! Very informative.
