I'm sorry that 5 is the highest I can go on this scale as Dr Hesla is so much better than just great. He has an excellent bedside manner and is compassionate in all of his dealings. He made himself available at all hours to answer questions, listens to and responds to your concerns and is willing to tweak your treatment to suit you.
